Kamilla realized that she would become a singing teacher after she was in the first year at Edvard Munch Upper Secondary School and had such a good singing teacher that she wanted to become one herself. Singing technique is the most interesting subject in the world, according to her. She has completed a teacher training in music at Innlandet University College. Other singing teachers have said they have seen Kamilla's enthusiasm and passion have rubbed off on her students. She constantly gets new tools from singing technique courses that she passes on to her students as needed. You can learn from each other as a teacher and student and the joy of music is in focus. Karoline Strømsrud
Teaches singing, choir, theatre, musical, piano
Day - Friday
Location - Gamle Ringeriksvei 6, 1369 Stabekk
Time - 15.00 - 20.00

My name is Karoline and I have a huge heart for singing and entertainment. I started singing in a choir when I was 6 years old, and have kept up with singing and theater ever since. I have previously worked as a theater teacher at AKS at Tonsenhagen school, where I staged "Løvenes konge" for children aged 9-11, and as a substitute singing and piano teacher at MUB. Otherwise, I work freelance in music and theatre, and have most recently been seen as a show artist on board Color Line Fantasy 2024/25, in Voulez Vous - A Fabulous tribute to ABBA, or in Little shop of horrors at Ullernsaker Kulturhus.
I am involved in children and young people, and am concerned that they should be seen and heard. Individuality is something I emphasize in my job, where I find it important to adapt to the child's needs, at the same time as I want to challenge. I believe that everyone learns in different ways, and I take an interest in getting to know those I work with in order to understand what best helps them to develop. I want to see them shine, and am happy to be a part of helping them do just that!
